We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
weapons of choice: i, in my insane rush to get this done on time, stupidly used a staedtler HB pencil and crappy random hardcover sketchbook paper to sketch and ink this T__T. the pigment liners leaked a bit and the paper isn't smooth so it was quite a trial to do smooth contoury lines but i managed. so yeah staedtler HB pencil, staedtler and sakura micron pigment liners in 0.05 and 1.0, crappy noname hardcover sketchbook paper, photoshop, and a few of my beloved household textures heh. textures include pictuers of my wood floor, coark board, and a piece of fabric.
concept: originally i was going to go with green. but since profs like to give you ideas to help out my whole earth thing was totally and quite expectedly picked apart on the blackboard. so i was like fuck that and chose purple. cool thing is that i used to be obsessed with purple as a kid and now i'm so not into it. so rather than chosing a colour i liked i chose one i didn't care for. we were allowed a supporting colour so i chose yellow, purple's complimentary colour and it tied in perfectly with my whole royal night goddess queen spirit thing bringing the night with her wherever she goes kinda dealy.

I think the flecks of gold achieved exactly the impression of night you wanted. I am predisposed to liking this, since I love that shade of dark purple that is almost indigo.
